Displays and Theme Food Stations
All our displays are abundantly colorful with a variety of tropical greenery fresh flowers, whole fruits, fruit carvings and vegetables . We only use the finest vegetables and fruits available for the season, some items may not be available during certain times of the year. Therefore, we request the option to substitute in such cases.

**Fresh Seasonal Fruit Display**
Professionally arranged display of Fresh Fruit including Cantaloupes, Honeydews, Watermelons, Pineapples, Strawberries, Kiwis, Blackberries, Cherries, Mangos, Papayas, Raspberries and much more

**Seafood station**
A mountain of Seafood displayed with fine decorations from the sea, including Fresh Cherrystone Clams, Jumbo Prawns, King Crab Legs, Lobsters, Fresh Oysters, Smoked Salmon and much more

**Sukiyaki Station or Teppan yaki**
All prepared in front of the guests

**Sushi Bar**
Classic Catering Sushi Bar by Chefs from Japan. The Chef will prepare Sushi using his traditional skills prepared in front of your guests

**Tempura Bar**
Classic Tempura Bar with a Variety of Tempura prepared in front the guests. Includes Shrimp, Squid, Filet of White Fish and Vegetables.

**Dim Sum Station**
Classic Catering Dim Sum Station in stack up teamers before the guests. Includes Beef Dumpling, Vegetable and Pork Dumpling, Variety of Shumai, Variety of Bao, and Char Shu Pork.
